Typical high-end specifications reach approximately 0.1–1 second charge removal and ±3V to ±30V ion balance. The upstream chain includes high-voltage power supplies, emitter pins, ceramic/tungsten electrodes, electrostatic sensors, fans or CDA compressed-air modules, controllers, and cleanroom mechanical parts; downstream customers are mainly semiconductor, FPD, PCB/EMS, lithium battery separator/coating, film/printing/packaging, pharmaceutical and food, automotive painting, and precision automation lines. Product-level gross margin is rarely disclosed; ordinary industrial static eliminators can be assumed at roughly 30%–50%.
