They can withstand severe, repeated torsion, bending, and friction, ensuring the stability of signal and power transmission during prolonged operation. They typically possess properties such as hydrolysis resistance, UV resistance, and high torsional strength.
The upstream of the industry chain mainly includes suppliers of copper materials, tinned copper wire, aluminum foil shielding materials, aramid fibers, TPE/PUR/PVC and other polymer sheathing materials, as well as special insulation materials. Among these, high-purity conductors and highly flexible sheathing materials have a significant impact on cable life and torsional resistance. The midstream involves the design and manufacturing of torsion cables. Companies improve the bending resistance, torsion resistance, and electromagnetic interference resistance of their products through conductor stranding, shielding structure optimization, low-stress cabling, and highly flexible sheathing processes. Core products include robot torsion cables, servo cables, industrial Ethernet cables, and drag chain torsion composite cables. Downstream applications are mainly in industrial robots, collaborative robots, automation equipment, CNC machine tools, wind power systems, semiconductor equipment, logistics automation, and new energy vehicle manufacturing.

Torsion cables are primarily used in industrial robots, automated production lines, cable chain systems, wind power yaw systems, CNC machine tools, and intelligent logistics equipment. Among these, industrial robots represent the fastest-growing core demand area, particularly driven by the increasing demand for torsion-resistant, highly flexible cables for the robot's sixth axis and multi-joint rotating parts. The development of new energy vehicle manufacturing, lithium battery equipment, semiconductor equipment, and intelligent warehouse automation is also fueling the rapid expansion of the high-dynamic flexible cable market.
